Flicking problem on Optoma HD200x

 i have just bought a  New Optoma HD200x on line ( Internet) . The second time i used it, after 10 minutes ,the image from my Optoma HD200x will start to flicker wildly and change colour to a green or blue hue, making it totally unwatchable. The unit is situated in a totally open area, so should not be overheating, and it's only 3 days old so shouldn't be failing at this point. Please help me. as i live in Mauritius and i bought in france. we do not have any repair center for optoma in Mauritius. It a New Apparatus. Anyone had similar problems? Please i need help
